Susan Minzter
I guess I should start with a hello, or perhaps it should be a cry as
that is how we all enter the world -- and that's sort of how I feel at
the moment as I enter the World Wide Web for the first time -- trying
not be be antiquated already at a relatively early age.
To write a life story about oneself is rather difficult as I've always
been someone with a story to tell; unfortunately the story is always
one or two of the parts -- the parts being the beginning, middle,
or end; however, since my life is still continuing, all I can say is there is a
beginning, a then, and a now so that is what I shall consider with you.
My childhood memories are happy with the most traumatic being at age six
when my family uprooted from Elizabeth, NJ to move to a land far away from
all my friends to Westfield, NJ. Little did I know that this trek was only
12 - 15 miles away, but to a child of six I might as well have traveled across
many seas. However, my tears quickly turned to smiles as my mother let me
pick out the new colors for my room -- every girl's dream of hot pink, yellow
kelly green, and bright orange.
